Weight Loss Means Being Hungry – and I Am Not Talking About My Diet

There is no secret to weight loss in my opinion. We all know that it takes a healthy dose of exercise and a restrictive, yet sustainable diet. But to see long-lasting weight loss results it takes being “hungry.” I am talking about having a no quit mentality, because losing weight is not a linear process. Plateaus are inevitable, and motivation will wane. It is in these moments when you need a warrior like attitude to day in and day out stick through the ups and downs of the journey!
