Momentum! It’s a Beautiful Thing

I stepped on the scale this morning and I couldn’t help but smile and throw up a fist pump. The weight loss plan I am following is working – it’s working beautifully! All the actions I am taking in the kitchen and in the gym are producing this wonderful concept called momentum, and it’s the impetus that is fueling my fitness journey so well!
Each action leads to success. Baby steps build upon one another. That success doesn’t always show immediately, but with patience and perseverance the results are inevitable. It’s so important to ask yourself each day: “what can I do right now that will lead me closer to my goal?”
I find that if you focus your time and energy on the things that matter the most, no matter the endeavor – this is a recipe for success. It will get you over the hurdles that come your way. Excuses will fall by the wayside! So do what you can right now. Don’t procrastinate. Build the momentum. Keep moving forward. It is just a matter of time until you reach new heights!
