“Go Arlene. Keep inspiring me and so many others…” – My Friend, Allison
Inspiration is deep seeded. It is powerful force, and much stronger than motivation, I find. Inspiration will consistently drive you, while motivation ebbs and flows – mediocre results often the outcome!
I find such inspiration on my weight loss journey. It comes from having a God-inspired purpose – a message to share with the world that fitness is to be embraced by all!
Each day I endeavor to get fitter, and slowly but surely it is being noticed by those in my circle. I receive constant encouragement and support – feedback from friends near and far that I am making a difference in people’s lives. Yes, I am inspiring people with my weight loss success, but I want it to be clear that my followers inspire me too! Inspiration, you see, leads to inspiration!
I know the battle that comes with trying to lose weight. It takes courage and sacrifice, and a day in and day out grind to be better each day!
Many are following my transformation story, and each person inspires me to keep on pushing. Please know that I won’t settle until I am the epitome of fitness! So, thank you for following my weight loss story. Keep sharing your own stories. You inspire me more than you know!
