Intention & It’s Role in Weight Loss

According to the Cambridge dictionary, an intention is something that you want and aim to do. It means being deliberate and having a clear action plan – an immediate aim to all that you are striving to accomplish.
It is so important to solidify your intentions. They will drive and guide your behaviors. If you clearly know what you want you are more likely to strive to reach that end.
Does this summarize your attitude and aspirations towards your fitness journey, or is your determination vacillating one day and the next and you have no clear purpose or desire to reach your fitness goals?
Intentions are the starting point of every fitness dream. Implementing them is a powerful practice. I encourage you to check in with yourself as a daily habit. Be mindful, clear and positive about what you want to manifest. Now follow through on what you so boldly want. Your destiny is in the balance!
